AB Data’s, Data Services Division maintains both continuous and cut sheet variable data printers. Everything from scalable fonts, barcodes, signatures, and even low-resolution graphics can be printed to personalize to each customer on your mailing list. Continuous form variable data printing handles tractor-fed paper. Typically prints 2 up on an 11”x 17” page.

• Paper width is a min. 9", max. 18.0" (Incl. tractor feeds).

• Paper length:

  • Fan-fold:  min.  7",  max. 14", max. stack height of 14"
  • Roll to roll: min 3", max. 25", core size 3", 5" or 6" (5" preferred)

• Stock weight: Min: 18# Bond to a Max: 27# Bond Stock

• Resolution: 480 or 600 dpi

• Simplex or Duplex

Cut sheet variable data printing can handle sheets from multiple sources. Scalable fonts, signatures, graphics, permits, barcodes, indicators, and much more can all be applied to this form of laser printing.

• Paper width is a min. 8", max. 14"

• Paper length has a min. 10", max. 17"

• Stock weight: Min: 20# Bond to a Max: 90# Bond Stock

• Resolution:    600 x 600 dpi   

• Simplex or Duplex
